Using
a number from Word Dial Numbers mean that you enter into a licensing agreement that states you
do not own the number and cannot move the number at any time. We are
offering full licensing rights for each number in specific marketing
areas, zones, or geographical areas which are billed at predefined
costs. You
will receive use of the number in your assigned
marketing area as long as your service is not interrupted by failure to
pay.
How am I billed?
No payments are due or accepted upfront. You will receive your
invoice each month by email or mail (your choice). We also offer
monthly automatic credit card payments or payment by corporate
check.
How can I use more than 7 digits in my number?
Phone digits beyond 7 are called trailing digits and don't effect
dialing. For example, 800-WORD-DIAL is 8 letters (WORD DIAL)
with 1 trailing digit (the 5 key or the letter L). When someone
calls the number it simply starts ringing once they've entered the 7th
number and ignores the additional digits.
How can I cancel?
Simply submit your written
request to cancel by email or mail. Once processed you will receive an email
confirmation with your effective cancellation date pursuant to the terms
of the Word Dial Number Usage Agreement.

are assigned on a first-come first served basis. You will want to

How does shared usage work?
Some of our Premium
numbers like 800-ASK-A-PRO and 800-CALL-JAMES are shared
use numbers that have marketing areas assigned to users. This
means that even if an attorney in Atlanta Georgia uses 800-CALL-JAMES
you can still use the numbers in other areas. Why would an
attorney in Georgia want calls from areas they don't and can't service?
The concept of shared usage also saves you money on long distance from
areas you don't service.
How do toll free numbers work?
A toll free number
just forwards to or points to a regular local number. No special
equipment or additional lin or installation is required. When you
place your order with us your new toll free vanity number is routed to

The new toll free number can ring into the same line as the old toll
free number so you can let previous customers use the old number and you
can use the new Word Dial Numbers number for future business. Or you may want
to differentiate your promotions by utilizing separate toll free numbers
for different product lines, special ads or promotions, fax lines, sales
lines, customer service line, etc.

As of 2023, they include 800, 888, 877, 866, 855,

What discounts do you offer?
Discounts are
applied for multiple area code territories as well as contract term
length. Per minute rates for usage are billed at 5.0 to 7.0 cents per
minute. There are no other charges.
Nationwide
(NW) exclusivity numbers may qualify for a 10% discount if paid in advance
for 1 year, a 20% discount if paid in advance for 2 years, a 30%
discount if paid in advance for 3 years, a 40% discount if paid in
advance for 4 years.
Shared use area code (AC) numbers
may qualify for a 10% discount with 2 market areas (2 area codes), a 20%
discount with 3 market areas (3 area codes), a 30% discount with 4
market areas (4 area codes), or a 40% discount with 5 market areas (5
area codes).

This is the
area from which you will be able to receive calls. If you chose a

You will only be able to receive calls from people in the area codes in
which you are paying for service. The majority of our numbers are
nationwide (NW) use and the are code (AC) shared use numbers are very

Our call routing options will take
care of your needs, regardless of how sophisticated they may be.
You can have calls ring rotationally to multiple sales people or you can
