When a customer calls your Word Dial Vanity Number the call is automatically routed to your phone if the customer's
call originated from your service area.  Calls can be forwarded to a landline, cell phone or any number you choose. There is
no special equipment you need to buy or install.  Call routing preferences can be changed at anytime without cost.
